I saw a cyclist hit a runner today.  The runner had just turned onto a shared bike/run path and the cyclist yelled to get out of the way but didn’t change direction or slow down.  The runner heard the yelling so stopped to see what the fuss was – and got smucked.  The cyclist got up yelling that it was all her fault.
